Maintain periodic Standing Finance Committee meetings to:
Monitor and control funds (Income, expenses, and investments)
Establish annual budgets for control purposes
Manage membership data and fees
Course administration:
Identify, plan and schedule appropriate courses via Education Committee
Select and secure trainers (if external trainer from another country also visa for trainer, transport and accommodation.
Secure an appropriate venue
Circulate/ advertise courses to members
Plan and provide appropriate course material timeously to delegates
Invoice, receive fees and process substantiating documentation
Ensure/provide course venue and training infrastructure
Establish/ provide certificates/ diplomas as appropriate
Accreditation with NQA and NTA:
Document, facilitate, monitor, communicate with parties involved in the accreditation and re-accreditation process.
Once accredited, ensure maintenance thereof.
Members maintenance:
Attend to information requests.
Attend to enrolments and record all learner information of LMS
Obtain assignments from course delegates and forward them to course trainer and assessor.
Facilitate examinations/tests.
Grade tests.
Provide certificate awards as applicable.
